Godomasta was warned to leave the property however he was not left alone afterwards long enough to begin leaving the property as he was immediately assaulted upon by a barrage of punches. It was immediately obvious and should also be well known that it is almost impossible to punch someone over a fence block in this situation. The use of violence here to prevent trespassing is too extreme for justification.
