I have decided the following verdict.

•100.01 First-Degree Intentional Griefing-Guilty I am convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that gantoe did willing detonate TNT with the purpose of causing destruction. No matter his beliefs on fighting against his pearling the law does not allow this as a form of retaliation.

•100.03 Third Degree Intentional Griefing-Not Guitly I do not believe that Gantoe had the goal of causing mischief and disruption beyond a reasonable doubt.

•100.04 Severe Griefing-Guilty Clear use of TNT used in the griefing crimes. I will use this to escalate the crime from one count to two counts due to the griefing already being at the most severe degree.

•600 General Crime-Not Guilty I do not believe there is enough evidence beyond guesswork and speculation to deem it likely gantoe had the express goal of suppressing marx ideals in this case. I also do not believe he commited violence against persons without cause, even if his cause might be incorrect in legal terms and he may be without cause to target buildings, an embassy is not protected by the bill of rights as it is not a person.

•300.01 Murder-Guilty The murder of rick was not allowed legally as gantoe was being pearled under Article III. Enforcement of Augustan Law A. Detainment and Rights of the Accused i. Detainment and TNT is not a reasonable form of self defense as you cause damage to the surrounding property.

Sentence

I have decided upon a sentence of 17 days within an exile pearl. 14 days imprisonment for charge 100.01 and 100.04 and 3 days imprisonment for charge 300.01

It is important to note that any time the imprisoned player has spent in a pearl during the period of time from his capture is treated as time served in regards to this sentence.
