I would like to try Rakkwal for:

• 100.01: Griefing, "...the willful destruction of property with the intent to cause destruction"

• 100.02: Griefing, "...the willful destruction of property with the intent to gain entry" and

• 200.01: Theft, "Intentionally takes and carries away, transfers, conceals, or retains possession of property of another without the other's consent and with intent to deprive the owner of possession of such property."

EDIT: I'm dropping the two less blatantly obvious charges, due to rakkwal being very accommodating with providing rep payments

Rakkwal broke into my room through a reinforced wall pillar (the stained clay shown in the logs). He broke at least one chest and one juke outright that show up on the snitches.

Additionally, he wore down the reinforcements on several chests to exactly zero, presumably in an effort to avoid breaking them showing up on snitches. However, the entry logs show that 20 minutes passed during which he did nothing but use three chests, which would only take seconds unless you were busy whittling their reinforcements down as well. And I can attest that many items were missing from those.

Even just sticking with the minimally hard snitch evidence, breaking a chest and the wall to get in are griefing with "intention of entry", whereas breaking the juke is griefing with "intention of destruction." He also kept at least the juke itself, constituting theft of property.

Whether items also count and the question of wearing down reinforcements can be addressed in more detail at trial, and depending if we agree easily on reps or not, etc.
