Charges: 200.1 Theft of Property 100.01 First-Degree Intentional Griefing

The trial will proceed in the following order:

1.The plaintiff shall clearly present their claim

2.The defendants shall enter pleas. Pleas will be Guilty, Not Guilty, or No-Contest.

3.The plaintiff shall have the opportunity to post evidence and call witnesses

4.Defendant presents evidence, and calls witnesses.

5.A verdict shall be decided and posted on this subreddit

I would like to remind everyone that settlements can be made outside the court system at any point before a verdict is reached.

A word of clarification. In the past I did say the plot belonged to Stateapparatus. However this new evidence that the contract might have been completed before State nullified it would mean the plot belongs to WPLibra. Naturally the charges here rely on whether or not the plot belongs to WPLibra. I advise both sides to take this into account during this trial.
