I have decided that firebreed is not guilty on any charge.

I do not believe beyond a reasonable doubt that his idea of Sealand would have been an entity that disregarded our laws and was capable of sovereign action.

I also do not believe he violated the constitution by naming himself after an office that no longer exists. Lord Mayor is no longer a defined part of our constitution so he does not have to be voted into the title. It is the same as an American claiming to be the King of America. It carries no real weight.

I also do not believe he has unjustly removed the leadership of Mount Augusta through proxy for any purpose. As far as I am aware firebreed hasn't tried to replace any leader position or use his title's assumption as an authority figure to trick others.

He has rights to freedom of expression and his party can own the land as a private entity however without firebreed actually creating a sovereign entity in our borders the evidence all appears to be circumstantial.
