Charge: 500.01 - Treason; for the illegal attempted takeover of the Mayor's office, the illegal establishment of the county of Sealand, and causing civil disorder with the intention of enabling a foreign takeover.

The trial will proceed in the following order:

2. The defendants shall enter pleas. Pleas will be Guilty, Not Guilty, or No-Contest.

3. The plaintiff shall have the opportunity to post evidence and call witnesses.

As this is a treason case things work a little bit differently. The plaintiff for such a case is all of Mount Augusta. The Mayor ProgramMC will be the only one I allow to represent Mount Augusta unless he gives this responsibility to another citizen much like hiring a lawyer.
