I request that the following case be adjudicated by the court system of Mount Augusta—

On 25 February, Garking killed me on Mount Augusta territory contrary to §300.01(1)(a) of the Criminal Code. At no point did I consent expressly or impliedly to the killing, nor was I a griefer which the accused was attempting to pearl or kill. Moreover, the defence of self defence provided for in §300.01(5)(a) does not apply as there was no 'impending injury'. I was unarmed and not wearing armour, nor had I attacked the accused.

If evidence of the location of the killing is required, I request that the Court subpoena the Mayor of Mount Augusta to provide testimony to the effect that I was present in Mount Augusta for the ending ceremony of the wedding held.

Based on the evidence tendered, it is evident that an offence has been committed by the accused for which sentence must be passed by the Court pursuant to Criminal Code §300.01(3).
