I'm going to go ahead and copy over the testimony from the request thread. Please submit screenshots, recordings, and any further evidence below.

Zachattack is accused of the following: 300.1 Murder 600.1 General Crimes (violation of the defendants right to be free of violence)

My Detailed Testimony: After a night of admittedly mean mumble memeing, I logged on to the devoted server because other users in mumble said that zach was speaking ill of me ingame. I opened with a taunt and he proceeded to spew obscenities at me in in game chat. I walked to the town center where he was reported to be. He then immediately struck me with an enchanted diamond axe.
After hitting me he claimed that I assaulted him to damage his armor. He then proceeded to strike me and claim I damaged his armor two more times until I was killed and pearled on the third strike. He reportedly continued to announce that I struck him first to damage his armor after I was imprisoned, but I have no proof of this occurrence. He did continue to levy threats towards me and continue to claim that I damaged his armor once I was pearled. After a few minutes he released me from my pearl in the wilderness. He then entered mumble to once again falsely ask why I attempted to damage his armor. Before leaving the channel he made the above quote and disconnected.
I will be the first to admit that I was being mean to him in mumble. I will also admit that I logged in with the intention to see if he would actually attack me. He did not disappoint, as my screenshots show. However, I made no attempt to damage his armor. I only sought to damage his pride, a rude but completely legal gesture. His retaliation of cutting me down AND pearling me was completely out of proportion with my actions, in addition to being illegal.
Due to me not actively playing this map, I had little to lose to him material wise. For this reason I have little need for significant reparations. I do wish that he be imprisoned for the minimum time period outlined in the criminal code and that he reimburse me the food(visible in my hotbar) and efficiency II iron shovel he took from my corpse. If the former is not possible, I would settle for a written apology in its place.
In my nearly three years since I joined Mount Augusta, I have been no stranger to cruelty in mumble, the subreddit, and in game. I recognize that this was a wrong thing for me to do. Nonetheless, never once did I break augustan law solely in response to these antagonistic comments. If we can come to a good resolution to this unpleasant occurrence, I am more than ready to leave zach alone in mumble provided he also does as such.

That is an understatement. You threatening to ban him from the mumble channel and abusing your powers. I suggest your powers be revoked in mumble due to the fact of this situation. The reason you logged into devoted wasn't solo based on him speaking ill of you. You clearly stated so he can attack you in the mumble. You wanted this unnecessary drama solo based on memes. I really respect Mount Augusta and her citizens until this happened. Just because he is annoying doesn't mean you should try and start conflict with him. I urge you not to follow threw with the trail based on the principals that you made him kill you by threatening him with bans and harassment.
