On a Monday, I was pearled in the town of Carson by Vitacoco. My pearl was then transported from Nox to the Nox vault by Renial.

I have been told that I am to be perma pearled for actively removing DRO from the carson NF which was being used to transport innocent players, as well as my affiliation to WP.

If these claims are true, then I deserved to be pearled. However, I did not actively remove DRO. The full extent of my grief removal are in the the removal of SRO on public rails near the nether factory, valuable infrastructure within the server that was targeted for grief and destruction. Unfortunately, the "SRO" that I had been removing does not offer strategical advantage. It does not do anything but kill random travelers.

I do not have access to either of the WP vaults, and I have never engaged with any individual attempting to release imprisoned innocents. Furthermore, my only engagement with opposing forces was in an act of defense, either my self defense or the defense of rails I travel on frequently. I took no part in the pearling, transportation, or imprisonment of any of the pearls I am accused of playing a part in.

As such, the only "crime" I have actually committed is my affiliation with the WP. Of course, association is a right ensured by the Mount Augusta Bill of Rights.

X. All persons have the right to freedom of association. By pearling, transporting, and imprisoning me solely for my affiliation, these three individuals violated the Mount Augusta Bill of Rights. As such, I am requesting to try these individuals in a court of law under Section 600.01 Violation of Bill of Rights or Constitution a. Generally, any blatant violation of a protection or provision of the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, or other bill, resolution, or elevated legal document considered a binding contract on citizens and visitors to Mount Augusta.
