Griefing charge: No armor was destroyed which is required by definition of first degree intentional griefing:

a. Except as provided in subsection 2, the willful destruction of property with the intent to cause destruction

Attempted murder: camokool was part of the group of Channers, some of which were slaughtered, and had the right to defend himself and his kinsmen. I covered this better in the daddo case:

Regardless, all individuals who are in the city of Mount Augusta have the right to self defense, defined by the criminal code as "reasonable force when it appears reasonably necessary to prevent an impending injury." daddo69 was defending himself in response to the attack of his fellow Chanadians who were being easily picked off by the Eden forces. The belief that there was an impending injury is considered reasonable due to the fact that Chanadians were being pearled with little to no evidence against them, as proven by their release ~24 hours later.
