On the early morning of July 14th, MaximumFame pearled sintralin in attempt to pearl Papa_Pound who was thought to be a criminal at the time. She was then immediately released. As the criminal code details, the murder must be willful, meaning that MaximumFame would have to intentionally pearl sintralin. The court does not believe that this was the case. It has been shown multiple times (two links there) that sintralin was in a position making her incredibly susceptible to the incoming onslaught between Eden and Papa, making her accidental pearling incredibly likely.

However, the incoming onslaught wasn't legal to begin with as outlined here, MaximumFame never should have been trying to pearl Papa to begin with. Due to his recklessness while trying to illegally apprehend Papa, the court finds him liable for the death and pearling of sintralin. He is to pay 15d for sintralin's involuntary minemanslaughter and return any items that she may have lost.

MaximumFame has 72 hours to pay these reparations, unless he or a person representing him presents the judges with a reason why this period ought to be extended. He is not pearl on sight in Mt. Augusta until these 72 hours have passed, and the Augustan Court explicitly rejects any attempt to pearl him on our behalf until these 72 hours have passed.
