TAM Tools - what do you swear by?

So I just got promoted into the TAM role and while I have a decent idea of the role I'm always looking to make my life easier (smarter not harder). If you are a current TAM or have done the role before what are the tools (hardware or software) you swear by? And I'm curious if any use a tablet while onsite for note taking or is it a good in theory, not so much in real life?
