I want to create a template that automatically populates the 'Summary Notes' when I select 'New Time Entry' in every ticket. I just want to add the following:

This is to help keep my consultants following a basic bullet-listed format; "Here is what I did and here is what I plan to do". We have multiple people with their own writing styles, not putting full details in, etc.

I know that I can use Speed Codes, but that would be one more thing for them to remember to do with every ticket entry, which would just complicate matters.

Alternatively, if we HAVE to use Speed Codes for this, can I have it flag me for every ticket that has not had this Speed Code applied to it?
