I honestly believe that Tommy may be the Anti-Christ and Mr Pickles is his guardian. Firstly I think part of the reason the townsfolk are so peculiar and in cases freakish and depraved is that he's influencing them. I do however acknowledge that a lot of people have been weird for a long time like Superhero Man or the Butt-Face lady. Tommy also doesn't really look like his father just a thought but I liked it.
