If so, which one is your favorite?
I've been intrigued by spaghetti-westerns since I was a kid in the late 60s and early 70s. Then, of course, Quentin Tarantino spurred my interest anew, both with the music and the scenery/characters...inseparable, I realize.
My interest has broadened more recently and gone in a perhaps odd direction: creating something I call spaghetti-western cuisine. It's a mash-up of country-western cooking and comfort food with an Italian influence. The items are mainly ugly burgers with names like, "The Claudia Cardinale" etc. But I also have made Chicken-Fried Chicken Parmesan and also made up new recipes from scratch like "Slow Armadillo," a deep-fried jalapeño pepper stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in bacon.
A lot of my cooking is influenced by this comfort food/Italian mash-up, so that's my interest in asking about your favorite spaghetti-western film.
