What animated movie voice performance would you consider to be the most iconic?

Post Body
While I would take votes for Mark Hamill's Joker in "Batman: Mask Of The Phantasm" (mostly as recognition of his vast body of excellent work as the Clown Prince of Crime), I personally find Peter O'Toole's work as Anton Ego in Pixar's "Ratatouille" as maybe the most iconic. He verbally chewed up every scene Anton was in, and the voice was a dead match for what you would think someone like Ego would sound like.
Any other nominations?
