Unofficial Trilogies?

Post Body

You have find three or more movies that tie together in one way or another? Like getting three of your favorite westerns together, or three of your favorite war films? I feel like I’m the only one who likes to categorize movies into their own unofficial trilogies. For example:

I had a collection of

  • “Hush”.

  • “Don’t Breathe”.

  • “A Quite Place”.

Then I dubbed it the

“Hear No evil, See No Evil, Speak No Evil” Trilogy. Corny title I know, but I thought it was just a fun little trilogy that I thought had a neat little connection through all of them.

But I recently made a new unofficial trilogy called “The NASA Trilogy”. Which consists of:

  • “The Right Stuff”

  • “First Man”

  • “Apollo 13”

I put the films in chronological order and it makes for an interesting historical film experience.

But I’m curious, is there anyone else who does this besides me?
