[Theory] Danny DeVito's character in TWINS wasn't actually a by-product of Arnold, but a sinister experiment.

We are told in the film that to make Arnold they combined the best qualities of 11 men, and that DeVito was only make because they had to put the bad qualities somewhere.

We are also told that they are different because the "Embryo split in two", and all the bad stuff went into proto-Devito.

This is bullshit genetically. If the embryo split, they would be identical, as each embryo would contain the same DNA.

DeVito had to be implanted from a separate egg, which means his birth was unnecessary.

To get Arnold they probably genetically sequenced each man, and finding the strongest allele for each gene. Then by some means slice each super allele together to make one zygote.

There are no "bad" alleles left as a byproduct. You can just bin the waste DNA without using it and Arnold would still be born.

Therefore: They HAD to have spliced all the worst alleles together to make DeVito, and only implanted him to observe the very worst of human nature.

Their plan to unleash DeVito on the world and see what happens is a great injustice to scientific ethics.

The film is a 7/10.
