What scene always makes you laugh?

It doesn't have to be a comedy necessarily. One of mine is in The Wizard of Oz after Dorothy and The Crowdly Lion wake up from the witches spell cause it was snowing and the lion gets up and says. "Unusual weather we're having ain't it." That line is so small yet everytime it makes me laugh. I also love Kevin Hart's small part in the 40 Year Old Virgin. That whole scene with them arguing is just hilarious.
