That's not really true. It might look like they aged quicker but that's all because of the clothes and hairstyles etc. If you remove all that and put them in modern clothes they'd look the same as today's kids.
Unconsciously we associate fashion from decades ago with old age, thinking that the person wearing it is older than they actually are.

But why? He looks so weak. Even if he buffed up he'd look scrawny and nothing like how a great leader would look.
