[SPOILERS] This movie honestly blew me away when I saw it in 2018, and after a recent rewatch, it is still just as good!
Written by Gillian Flynn (Gone Girl), It's so much more than your average crime/thriller. It delves into relationship power dynamics, politics, grief, police brutality and even has the occasional joke woven in to keep things entertaining.
It's shot well, acted brilliantly (Daniel Kaluya especially) and leaves you with a lasting impression.
Highly suggest you check it out if you like movies like The Town, or Gone Girl etc..
