Brief history. I saw two movies two weeks ago, and everything was fine. I tried to see Rampage last Saturday night, and I kept getting a session has expired error. We were already late, and I didn’t have time to deal with it, and luckily no one at the theater was paying attention, so I just walked in. When I got home, I came here and started looking into it. The most frequently suggested solution was to do a password reset. Well, I tried that, got the email, attempted to change my passowrd, only to be greeted with a my credentials don’t exist message. Well, they do exist, I have been using my account since September, and YOU JUST SENT ME AN EMAIL TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS I SIGNED UP WITH AND CLICKED THE RESET PASSWORD LINK THROUGH. I will add that I can log into the app with Facebook just fine. I tried to see a movie again Sunday night, after trying the password reset, after restarting my phone, after still being able to log in with Facebook. Well, same error, session has expired, please log in again. So, I have not been able to see a movie all week. I sent them a message about it via Facebook Messenger, which they have read, but have not responded to all week.

Here’s the thing, I take an Ambien every day at 10am, to be asleep by 11am, and I do not wake up until 9pm. So, I sleep during their entire customer service line hours, and I really can’t change or alter my sleep schedule at all. So, how the hell do I get assistance with this without being able to speak to them, and without them replying to my message? I tried a previous version of the app, which someone had suggested, and that didn’t work. I am now on this week’s update, 3.0.12, and that hasn’t fixed it. I would like to be able to see movies this weekend, and I definitely need it working for Infinity War next weekend.
