Event mouse not registered?

Caught my first event mouse this night , the Treasurer Mouse. Hooray !
As a completionist I immediately went to my mousepedia ,but it shows 0 event mice caught. On my profile tab it also says 0/174 event breeds caught.
Is this a bug ? Its been several hours , restarted the app about five times now.
