So theres a set of orders that exist in the game that are only delivered when you delegate command of a unit to your sergeants (or when you're in an army leading one of the contingents) they are, for example, 'archers, skirmish behind center infantry' or 'cavalry protect center infantry right flank'. Now surprisingly the ai is usually good enough to make sound tactical decisions, but it would be nice to deliver these kinds of orders yourself - especially as right now getting your cab to do something like 'protect center right flank' involves a bunch of micromanagemet.
