I'm struggling with keeping all (IE any) of my lords happy in my Kingdom. It seems to me that every time I give a fief to a lord, I'll gain 10 relationship with him, and -3 with all 11 of my other vassals, since every single lord supports themselves for every single fief. The result is that I have a net loss of 23 relationship within my Kingdom. Inevitably, this means I'm going to have all of my lords hate me, eventually. Is there something I'm doing wrong? It seems to me that this is completely unsustainable.

Alternatively, are there any methods I can use to improve relationships across the board (that preferably aren't too arduous)?

Also, can anyone recommend any mods for V1.154 that make keeping my vassals happy easier?
