Trek Roscoe 6 2019 - what is the stock fork size/offset? What are my upgrade options?

Just wondering if anyone knows whether the Trek Roscoe 6 2019 comes stock with a 27.5" or 29" fork?
The website states "SR Suntour XCM 32 LO, coil spring, preload, lockout, Boost110, G2 Geometry w/51 mm offset on 29ers, 120 mm travel (13.5: 100 mm travel) "
Since its providing an offset for a 29" fork, I'd assume it comes with a 29" fork. However, the sticker on the side of the fork states 27.5". Which is it? If the stock fork is only a 27.5", what is the offset?
Which leads me to the following questions:
- Would there be any issue installing a 29" fork apart from a slight change in geometry?
- If I installed a 29" fork, does it have to be boost to accommodate 27.5 tyres? Or can any 29" fork accommodate 27.5 tyres.
