Post Body

Tomorrow will be my 6th week on Mounjaro and I've just hit a 14lb/6.35kg loss 🥳 I went up to 5mg last week so it'll be my 2nd dose tomorrow also

As ecstatic as I am for this loss, I'm more in awe of how my relationship with food has changed completely. My main side affect has been nausea so a lot of foods that I would have eaten before Mounjaro have left me feeling so ill, so I've been going for smaller, healthier meal options that I know will keep me full but also stop me from feeling so sick! It seems so simple when I write it out like that but I think when I had all the food noise, I would go for comfort when though I knew it'd make me feel worse.

Even when I eat out with family, we've been going to the same places but I just pick better. Or prepare myself earlier in the day for it. I just feel good about myself, for the first time in a long long time.
