Which budget Motorola smartphone would you recommend for under 300 USD?

I have a Moto G Play 2021 that I received as a gift and want to upgrade. The problem with it is that it has only 3GB ram and 32GB internal memory. What would you recommend as a good upgrade for under $300?

If you're looking to stick with Motorola, they have the Moto G Stylus with 4GB RAM for less than $300. Or the Moto Ace 5G. Or for slightly more, Moto G Stylus 5G.
