Just bought a moto g52 and it keeps showing a purple notification dot on my screen HELP!!!

I hate this! I want it gonna. Everyday a notification dot pops up besides my screen. (kind like the facebook messager when someone talks to you), and it stays there until I click it and it talks about features or help topics. I don't want this crap showing up everyday. How do I remove it?
