Bike not starting - Forgot to connect vacuum pipes

Hello Riders,
I have a Suzuki Intruder C50. I was trying to do a maintenance check on it and forgot to connect the vacuum pipe from PAIR system to the fuel valve and cranked it couple of times. I realized later and hooked the pipe. But, the bike isn't starting.
What could be a fix here?
