Moped losing power when warm

When my moped is hot it runs well and gets to speed good but after about 5 mins of riding, the scooters rpms drop a lot at around 55kmh and doesn’t really get past that speed At all it normally drops (when going up slightest hills) and the scooter will only get to 70kmh down a hill, but other than that the scooters rpms drop heaps at 50-55kmh and loose speed
