Bike running differently after oil change
Post Body

Hey all. Looking for some insight

Got my oil changed and fork seals replaced over the weekend and now my bike runs differently.

For starters, the friction zone is different. And I have to give it a little more throttle to get moving.

I almost stall out even when moving at 10-15 mph, bike gets really jerky, which didn’t happen before

And it seems like I lost power. I completely opened up the throttle on the freeway and barely hit 80-85 when I could usually get up to 80 with ease. But today it seemed like 80 was my top speed.

Also notice the bike sounds different and almost has a tapping sound when the engines running.
