Fiancée's dad backed into my bike - looking for opinions
Post Body

Hey guys, future father-in-law backed into the bike with his truck, scratched up the RH fairing, cracked the rear cowling, and cracked the LH rearset. Scratched the clutch lever and bar-end.

It's an 03 ZX6R in silver.

I'm looking for opinions on the rear-set and cowling/fairings.

My first thought is to just buy new aftermarket fairings ( https://www.amazon.ca/Addmotor-Injection-Molded-Fairing-KAWASAKI/dp/B00KPT6MRG/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1459102445&sr=8-4&keywords=2003 zx6r fairings ) - because I really don't want to mess around with fiberglassing the cowl and sanding every piece down for paint. I think it'll probably work out cheaper then having everything painted as well. I've heard horror stories about aftermarket plastics though. Thoughts?

I've got a vinyl cutter - so I'm not so worried about decals - I can make some new ones up and play around with it.

Now the rearsets. I can't find a factory pair for the life of me. And I really don't like any aftermarket rearsets - these are the closest I've come to liking ( https://www.dan-moto.com/DM_INT/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=147_150&products_id=1241&zenid=0rc5quo9f615ss5moh9qqa9nd1 ) - Anyone have any good resources (Canadian prefered) for OEM parts?

I guess thats it for now. I'm sure I'll think of more in a bit.
