Have had two used bikes in the past, this will be the first time I've ever bought any vehicle new. Finally taking the plunge to move up a chunk of power. I have spent my time accumulating all the gear necessary to be safe on a bigger bike, getting comfortable with riding generally, and making sure I've cut out all the stupid mistakes from my riding. Having never gone through the process of buying a bike or a car new I would love to learn through your experiences. Forewarned is forearmed and all that.
