Biker in Need

In Staten Island, New York they’re filming a TV show on public safety with motorcycles. They are pulling over every rider to see if their paperwork and licensing is up to par. Due to me only having a permit and my rear light is out they are towing my bike. I just paid $600 to get it out of the impound literally yesterday. It is going to the 121 precinct and I need someone with a class M license to help me take it out. If anyone is in the area and would like to help me out plz lmk!
