Bar End Mirrors Question..

Hello Rideit! I am interested in getting bar end mirrors for my 2011 Ninja 250R and I wanted ask which would be the best to buy and also the experience that people have had converting from standard mirrors to bar ends. Is there a big difference? Does give you a good field of view as the standard mirror?
