New a few opinions for the people that actually weld/work on bikes (pls help me!!!)

I wanna start adding pipes to build a more aggressive frame around the frame of a mini chopper bike I have currently have to make something unique. Iām buying a 250 cc motor to make it fast. And I plan on doing a new battery intall/ tank but what would I need to do in order to make my bike fit bigger tires outside of welding pipes around the handlebars already on it? (I have 2 racing tires)
