Suzuki burgman 200 issue

My bike makes an almost knocking noise at low and high RPMs and I lost my ability to go above 70(75 was reachable followed by stuttering from pushing the engine) I stopped doing this and mostly stop at 70 on the free way and stay on the right.
It started the other day out of nowhere.
