Looking for some drills to teach my wife. She has anxiety around other people so she doesn’t want to take the msf course. She’s going to take the online class part. We have a giant empty parking lot and bought some cones I’m looking for some drills and how to set them up. Specifically to help her learn the friction zone. I can easily set some stuff up but I’m wondering if anyone has any books or resources I can use or follow. Like how the msf has their own cards with drills and how to set them up. Thanks.
