I believe it’s a combination of things
Most people in the community watch motorcycle videos to either learn to fix them or learn about the bike. Not listen to rambling about mundane things.
Most people motovlogging can’t find anything exciting to vlog about so they incite road rage for their videos. People caught on quickly and they aren’t with it. (They have to do this bc they don’t realize the first part). The only way for them to keep users watching is to do highly risky and illegal things (MaxWrist). This ends up isolating motovlogging to two main groups, super sports and super motos
Seasoned vloggers get tired of having to make sure the camera is working and decide to move on. Many of them also lose the time to do so (motonosity became a father etc)
The motorcycle community isn’t as event heavy like the car community. Like I said earlier motorcycling for most people is a solo event. Unlike the car community, whose vloggers can vlog for years without stopping, surviving on almost purely events, motorcyclists have to force their own content, leading to a miriage of fake content, a product of the first two points.
I have several theories and these are only a few of them. What do you all say?
