Tiger fans don't really show much passion at all. When was the last curtain call? Dimiti Young on his 3 HR opening day? They couldn't even do full capacity when Miggy was on his 500 home run chase last year. Royal fans had to give Miggy a standing O when he achieved his triple crown. Tork is a much hyped prospect, home grown in the Tigers system after they drafted him, so well deserving of the fans showing him appreciation.

I remember in Kansas City when Alex Gordon came up, the Royals fans gave him a long standing O before his first at bat, then after he made an out, another standing O on his way back to the dugout. Same thing in Baltimore with Matt Weiters, huge standing O his first at bat, Joe Mauer too.

I hope Tiger fans give Tork some love, not the usual golf clap they seem to do.
