23 year old Male here. Started Keto on March 21st at 6'2 and 330lbs. it's currently May 13th and I'm down to 290lbs. Spent the first month doing Intermittent Fasting and getting a decent amount of daily activity in. The first week, I probably did about 1,000 squats in my free time. All body weight. My first day I cranked out 200. I've been stagnant on physical activity for the most part for the last month but I've sustained ketosis and my weight hasn't fluctuated much. I've also been eating much later and staying up late at night due to a hectic schedule. I'm shooting for 240 to make my weigh goal for the Marine Corps.
