I'm in school to become a mortician and my grandma said this to me and I was so tempted to shoot back then don't think about it you'll be fine. You normally don't anyways. I didn't I just smiled and said okay, but why should it matter? Edit: For context she hasn't been a constant in my life and usually when she was is was to be racist towards my mom, me for looking like my mom, or pushing me down for believing differently that her. Just now as I am 21 she is wanting to get involved in my life but only in ways that truly suit her. My brother and I have been in and out of hospitals for a while and now that we are fine and healthier she wants to be involved and put in her two cents only when she disagrees. That's why I thought, "you normally don't think about us." She's shown she only does when she has something to say to drag us down.
