Hi y'all. Right now I'm running a cut and taking my weight and waist measurement every M/W/F. I typically train four days a week, taking a break on W/Sa/Su. Due to some scheduling conflicts, I've had to hit the gym this week the past four days in a row. Each day, I've used nitric. Today, when taking my weight, I noticed about a 2.5 lb increase. I thought this may be due to nitric's intracellular hyperhydration effect.
I was wondering if anyone has run nitric on a cut and noticed it interfering with their metrics. I'd like to be as accurate as possible while recording everything so that I can adjust my calories correctly. So thinking of dropping nitric for now just in case. Thoughts?
