I watched more plates more dates breakdown of gorilla mode. If I am gonna be on a gorilla mode cycle do I have to keep taking the daily dose every day until I cycle off for the recommended 5-7 days straight. Or can I take it for six days because I really don’t want to be working out 7 days a week for three weeks a month. (Only taking a 1/2 scoop for the first week and then 1 scoop max for the rest of the first cycle). After three weeks I will be getting off the cycle for a week straight. From past videos I would believe it does not matter correct? And last thing. Is protein powder recommended to take alongside gorilla mode if you’re not getting the necessary protein intake from your diet? Share what you did during your cycle. I am 19 years old, 5’6 and weigh 130 if that impacts decisions i need to make when on gorilla mode.
