Optimising testosterone when there's "nothing left to fix" at 22

Hi guys. I'm 22 and I've been trying to solve my fatigue issues for 2 years now. I have done countless blood tests, scans, genetic tests and more, you name it and I've done it. This led me to discovering that my hormones were quite out of whack the last two years, including very low testosterone and very high cortisol, but in my latest test, all seems to have entered normal range:

ACTH: 2.9 pmol/L (1.6 - 13.9 pmol/L)

Serum Growth Hormone: <1 mIU/L (0-7)

Total Testosterone: 15 nmol/L (10 - 35 nmol/L) (435.5 ng/dL) (Quite low for 22 isn't it? Was at 288.42ng/dL the last two years)

SHBG: 17 nmol/L (13-71)

Free Test: 427 pmol/L (225-725)

Prolactin: 206 mIU/L (45-375)

FSH: 14 IU/L (1-10)

LH: 6 IU/L (1-10)

Cortisol: 445 nmol/L (145-619) (Was 700 last two years)

TSH: 1.20 mIU/L (0.5-4)

Semen Test: Slightly below average results

Balls Scan: No issues detected

Since they have all come into normal range now, the only thing left I can think of is to boost my testosterone as high as I can and see how I feel fatigue wise after that, even though its "within male normal range" at the moment. My endo says that all my bloods are within a good range, so there's nothing left he can pretty much do to help me out with my fatigue. I do feel a little better since boosting my T up a few values the last few months (which may be a placebo and/or because I've been using a nasal spray the last 2 months at night for my deviation).

I am doing essentially everything perfectly lifestyle wise: Eating very clean, no drugs, workout x5 a week, sleep 8 hours etc. I can't seem to understand why my testosterone is at the low-range for my age and routines. I do have extremely mild sleep apnoea and deviated septum / enlarged turbs, but an ENT straight up told me that I can't expect much fatigue help after surgery due to how minor my sleep apnoea is, which leads me to believe that its not a major factor in my issues.

Any recommendations on naturally boosting my test to the level of an average early 20's year old male, or any other potential causes would be greatly appreciated.

There’s like a 90% chance your fatigue is coming from the fact that you are overtraining.

Honestly, you haven’t even described what fatigue is in this case.

We all know what you want here is validation to go on TRT.  But if actual tests of pituitary and thyroid function come back clean, and your tests have ruled out stuff like cancer, I’m still pretty convinced given how much you’ve over engineered shit at age 22 that it’s your own damn overwork that’s doing you in.

Have you literally tried deloading and periodization training?

You’re not supposed to be going 5 days a week pushing your limits in the gym non stop indefinitely.  Your cortisol levels are telling you your body is in stress mode.

What’s the point of taking all those tests if you can’t intelligently interpret them?
