Gyno surgery before or after my first cycle?

I'm 25 and have a little bit of old gyno that I will be getting removed, due to aesthetic reasons obviously. Anyway I am not far off starting my first cycle and I am wondering would it be better to run the cycle before or after the surgery? Right now my logic of thinking is that I should wait till after I finish my cycle to get the surgery done just incase I happen to develop worse from the cycle.
