Hi, all Iβm a 20 years old M Iβm starting in the GYM and I go 5 day at week from Monday through Friday, plus I also play soccer 6 days Tuesday through Sunday, Iβm physically active. My goal is to be like Adama Traore, So I made a list of what IβI use of course I would not be using all of those supplements daily all together, I just want opinions of whether do you think this is healthy or not. Nature Made (vitamin E), Natureβs Bounty (vitamin B), Emergen-C (Vitamin C) , Legion Recharge Post workout supplement (Creatine) , and Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey.
