Hey guys,
[STATS] 29 y o Male, white, 210 lbs, 6ft tall, overall health is unremarkable and I only take Adderall for ADHD. No other health concerns.
First dose on 12/29/2023 6PM
I wanted to add my experience to Reddit since I am always referring to real life experiences for my personal decisions on top of research of course.
In the past, a year or so ago I used SARMs for weight training. I also feltbI was lacking testosterone without actually getting tested until after the SARMs which showed normal levels of testosterone. Now I am believing my symptoms were due to high estrogen levels instead.
Along with the gyno, rosey/puffy nipples, extremely sore and dense knots behind my nipples, I also had fatigue, severe mind fog, lack of motivation, low sex drive.
Everyone seems to believe surgery is the only solution. I admit, it convinced me for a while as well until I discovered Tamoxifen. I'm in the US abd decided to do this without my doctor involved. I bought 100 10 mg pills overseas. I started my treatment last Friday, so 12.29.2023.
I wanted to begin with a higher dose in the beginning and if change occurred maintain a steady 20 mg QD for a few weeks then the last few weeks taper to 10 mg QD, since some experienced the gyno coming back, and sometimes even worse.
On 12.29 I started 20 mg every 12-14 hours. By the end of the first week (today) there is a very noticeable difference. I no longer have the very hard/sore lumps behind my nipples. The shape and size has reduced significantly in my chest overall. I still have appearance of sone gyno but honestly it could be fat. Im not sure yet.
As for other symptoms, my mind fog disappeared, i have more energy and motivation and begin to hit the gym at 5am again. My sex drive seems better. I have been monitoring myself closely for potential side effects, as of now I dont notice anything other than dry skin, but the cold winter is also not helping my skin.
I plan to start 20 mg Q24 on Monday so that there is not as much in my system daily compared to Q12 doses.
If anyone has any questions or anything let me know I will try to keep updating my experience as well as progress pics when I think it's more noticable to others. Personally, being to touch, feel, and see at all angles, I am so happy I decided to do this.
Here is a comparison just after 3 days. You can start to see it flattening and being less of a breast shape. https://imgur.com/gallery/0yNFZF9
Thanks, D
