I’m injured boys (venting)

Got carved on in July for umbilical hernia repair open surgery (mesh).
Lost my appetite slowly since down 20lbs and now in decent pain @ work (I’m hvac tech). Thinking my repair failed so now I’ve stopped training so I can save energy for work and it’s just got me upset.
The pain thing started last wk after a training session doing weighted pull-ups. Can’t even have sex or eat much bros pray for me. Seeing a doc in the morning.
TL;DR owie, I’m venting bros
